Attend Reception and Supplier Exhibits (Weds pm)

The Symposium reception will take place on May 15th at Virginia Beach Convention Center after the symposium’s first day of presentations and will include Supplier and Poster Paper Exhibits. There will be a cash bar and a buffet dinner will be provided. The reception will run from 6:30pm pm until 11:00 pm.

Attendees are requested to include the reception in their package to help keep count of numbers attending.
