Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. We collect information about you for 3 reasons:

  • To process your order and
  • To publish in a hardcopy to symposium attendees (opt out possible on registration form) and
  • To provide you with the best possible service.

We will only use your email address to provide you information relating to this symposium and the ESMATS. We will take you off our mailing list if requested.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

  • your name
  • address
  • phone number
  • email address
  • company/organization

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. Completion of an order form implies that we may store the information provided on the order form for the purpose of organizing the symposium.

The information we hold will be accurate and as up to date as the latest information provided. You may request to see the information that we hold about you by emailing us (this would be Ed Boesiger). If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely.

We will not divulge your email address to a third party without your consent, however, the symposium publishes a hardcopy list of attendees to those present at the symposium.  If you would like any of your information left off that list, let us know (option available on website registration form).
