ESMATS 2023 Banquet – Warsaw
The Symposium Banquet is being held at the Space & Rocket Center – see www.rocketcenter.com – on the evening of Thursday May 14th, 2026. Transport will be provided to transfer attendees and guests from the conference center to the banquet lcoation (approx 15 minute journey) and return them to the conference center after the banquet. Busses depart the conference center at 18:30 and will return around 22:30.
This option is for persons who will be accompanying symposium delegates to the banquet as guests. Guests are defined as family members or partners of the registering symposium attendee.
Attendees should declare any food allergies as part of their meal choices.
The early-bird registration price is valid until April 13th, 2026.
