Reception exhibitor: Terms and Conditions

• There is no fee to be an exhibitor during the reception.
• All exhibitor personnel who will attend the reception must be fully registered for AMS, no exceptions.
• Exhibitors are responsible for transportation and removal of all materials/exhibits to and from the event; materials can be shipped to the host chairman in a “best-effort” basis.
  • MEA cannot be held responsible for shipping damages or delays.
• All exhibitors will be offered the same size of display table, no exceptions.
• MEA does not accept corporate sponsorships, display exhibitor marketing materials during the symposium sessions, or on the AMS website.
• We will provide a list of exhibitors on the website for a period of now through 3 months after the AMS
• Space available to exhibit during the reception is limited; completing the following application form does not guarantee that you will be allocated an exhibition space.
